2021 PAGO AYLES UNEXPECTED CHARDONNAY | Spanish wine
Only 20 Spanish wines appealed as official “Vinos de Pago”. Pago Aylés was the 10th to achieve the “Vino de Pago” label in 2010. We are the first and only PAGO in the entire Aragon Region. Dry soils with a high clay component, which deliver more structured and elegant wines.
Pago de Ayles Mission Statement encourages them to deliver environmentally friendly wines, through the practice of sustainable agricultural processes. We have been practicing organic viticulture since 2017. We will be officially certified as an organic winery in 2020
Pale yellow color. The nose reveals white flowers, pear, citrics , clove and thyme aromas. Fresh and elegant palate with smooth and bright texture.
