Description
The DUROC BAZA Gran Reserva Ham is the flagship of our house, with 30 months of dry curing and maturing process in our natural dry house located in the Sierra de Baza Natural Park, in the foothills of Sierra Nevada and Sierra de los Filabres. Its altitude above sea level, with fresh, pure and clean air; its climate with cold and dry winters and hot and equally dry summers, find ourselves in a privileged corner that does not exist in other places, suitable to elaborate a great ham.
Using the traditional recipe of our grandparents, in which only Ham and a pinch of sea salt are included, we look for the natural essence of Serrano Ham, without using colorants, preservatives, or other artificial additives that make us achieve a healthy and 100% product. Typical natural of the Mediterranean diet.
In the preparation of all our hams, only sea salt is used.
