CRIANZA 14 months
Cherry red color with garnet rim. Medium-high layer. Clean, bright and with abundant tears. Good aromatic intensity. Frank and clean nose. Spicy notes and black fruit, blackberry jam and mixed berries appear in the still glass. The alcohol is slightly noticeable but without standing out.
Food suggestion: Asam Pedas Curry Fish Head, Smoked Chicken or Grilled Beef, Nasi Briyani
